Sphere Therapy Group provides counselling and psychological therapy and personal development coaching services.
I have also worked with children and adolescents collectively with their families.
You hold the key to unlock your troubles, but may struggle to do it alone. Traumatic events and loss in its various forms can affect us all in profoundly different ways. My role as a therapist is to help you explore ways to get to this key. It is about moving forward on your life journey with the experiences you have and exploring what may be holding you back. This may at times feel uncomfortable, but I will be on the journey with you by empathising and understanding.
